We’re so proud to be founded on Gimuy (Cairns) soil - shaped by the stories, strength and spirit of our local community here in Far North Queensland.

We’re a purpose-led organisation offering real, grounded support for individuals at every stage of their life. Our services span from youth programs, transition to adulthood pathways, participant support, foster and kinship support and grassroots community outreach. But more than anything, we’re about walking alongside people with care, culture and connection at the core.

IPS was born from a desire to do things differently. To meet people where they are. To create a space where purpose can be rediscovered, whether you’re a young person figuring out who you are, a carer needing a village, or someone simply looking to feel heard.

Everything we do is rooted in real relationships and cultural responsiveness. We’re not here to tick boxes. We’re here to create change, the kind that lasts, because it’s built on trust.
